As an executive with over twenty years’ experience, Michelle Pedigo is Vice President for the South Region for MassMutual Financial Advisors, a role she assumed in July 2016 as part of MassMutual’s acquisition of MetLife’s Premier Client Group. Over the past 10 years, Pedigo has provided strategic sales leadership, focused on recruiting and retention of professional advisors and consulting with general agents on business development and a strong local value proposition. Michelle has exceled in implementing initiatives that yielded growth and as well as breakthrough results, including project management of a $12B initiative and $20M cost reductions that increased profitability.

Annuity deposits within these channels were approximately $260 million annually.
When MetLife Resources acquired CitiStreet Associates in 2005, making it the fifth largest company serving the 403(b) market and second largest in the K-12 marketplace, Pedigo was a critical part of the team that seamlessly integrated the two entities.
Before joining MetLife in 2002, Pedigo was named the 2001 MetLife/National Association of Secondary School Principals’ National Middle School Principal of the Year, an honor she earned while serving as Principal of Barren County Middle School in Kentucky.
